Bac Au provides turnkey equipment erection services for port cranes and lifting equipment, from site preparation to final acceptance.
Services for new equipment:
• RTG, RMG, STS gantry crane erection: component receiving, on-site assembly per manufacturer procedures. Electrical, control and hydraulic system installation. Rail alignment, travel system and cable system calibration.
• Commissioning and acceptance: functional testing of each system (no-load test). Load testing per EN 13001 / AS 4100 standards. Operator training for the operations team.
Services for used equipment:
• Pre-installation technical condition inspection. Repair and replacement of worn parts (cables, brakes, bearings, electrical systems). Reinstallation and full system calibration.
• Upgrade as required: control system updates (PLC, drives), safety system improvements, repainting to marine corrosion protection standards.
Capability: Successfully erected dozens of RTG and STS gantry cranes at major ports in Vietnam. Internationally certified engineering and skilled trades team.
