Bac Au provides comprehensive steel structural design and fabrication solutions for port container cranes, including TCC (Transtainer Container Crane) and FCC (Fixed Container Crane).
Service scope:
• Structural design: Structural calculations per FEM, EN 13001, AS 4100 standards. Detailed shop drawings using 3D software (Tekla, AutoCAD, SolidWorks). Stress analysis using Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
• Gantry fabrication: Cutting, bending, welding of high-strength steel (S355, S460). Welding quality control per AWS D1.1 / EN ISO 3834. Surface treatment: shot blasting, industrial painting per ISO 12944.
• Assembly and testing: Trial assembly at workshop before shipping. NDT inspection: ultrasonic, X-ray radiography, magnetic particle, liquid penetrant testing.
• Supported crane types: TCC — Rail-mounted gantry crane for container yards, capable of stacking up to 6+1 tiers. FCC — Fixed container crane for quayside container handling operations.
