Bac Au provides turnkey crane rail system design and construction services for container terminals and industrial zones.
For crane types:
• STS (Ship-to-Shore): Heavy-load quay crane rails (wheel loads up to 80-120 tons/wheel). Design on wharf beams, requiring flatness tolerance of ±2mm over 10m length.
• RMG (Rail Mounted Gantry): Container yard rail systems, lengths up to hundreds of meters. Design on soil or concrete beams, including drainage and anti-settlement systems.
• TCC (Transtainer Container Crane): Rails for gantry cranes operating in container yards. Similar design to RMG but with specifications suited for lighter loads.
Implementation process:
• Design: Geotechnical survey, foundation and rail beam calculations. Rail profile selection: A100, A120, A150 per DIN standards. Rail clip, rail pad, and rail joint system design.
• Construction: High-precision concrete pouring for rail beams. Rail and clip system installation. Rail joint welding using thermit welding method. Optical/laser survey and rail alignment.
Applied standards: DIN 536, EN 13001, FEM 1.001. Periodic maintenance and rail system repair as required.
