JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manage the issuance, receipt, organization, and storage of invoices and supporting documents in a systematic manner.
  • Review accounting documents to ensure their accuracy, validity, and compliance.
  • Record and post arising accounting transactions in the accounting software.
  • Manage contracts and monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, advances, and payments.
  • Monitor revenue, expenses, profits and losses, fixed assets, tools, and equipment.
  • Prepare tax declarations, financial statements, and year-end tax finalization reports.
  • Monitor employee attendance, calculate payroll and annual leave, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
  • Assist with procedures related to Social Insurance, Health Insurance, and Unemployment Insurance for employees.
  • Draft and manage employment contracts, contract appendices, and employee records.
  • Handle internal receipts and payments, prepare payment requests, and monitor operating expenses.
  • Participate in developing internal processes, policies, and regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Born in the 1990s.
  • At least three years of experience in a similar position.
  • Possession of a Chief Accountant Certificate.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for payroll processing and data management.
  • Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Labour Law, Social Insurance regulations, and human resources procedures.
  • Sound understanding of accounting principles and relevant laws and regulations.
  • Detail-oriented, careful, and responsible, with strong communication skills.
  • Proactive, flexible, honest, and eager to learn and develop.
