Service scope:
• Equipment handling: Receiving and unloading RTG, STS, MHC gantry cranes from transport vessels. Using SPMT (Self-Propelled Modular Transporter) method for super-heavy equipment. Handling steel structural components, crane booms, main beams.
• Unloading: Unloading from barges and heavy lift vessels. Using floating cranes combined with crawler cranes onshore. Safe unloading procedures per LOLER standards.
• Equipment relocation: Relocating gantry cranes between berths within the same port. Inter-port crane relocation (by sea or land). Partial disassembly, transport and reassembly at new location.
• Capability: Handling loads up to 2,000 tons. Engineering team prepares detailed lift plans for each project. Support equipment: 500T-1200T crawler cranes, SPMT, jack-up systems.
