With ePort, container customs processing time dropped from hours to just 15-20 minutes. Cargo owners can register, pay, and track container status online 24/7 without visiting the port in person.
The system also integrates artificial intelligence (AI) to synchronize barge and feeder vessel flows between the Cai Mep and Cat Lai port clusters, optimizing schedules and reducing vessel waiting times.
