JOB DESCRIPTION
- Identify, approach, and develop new customers in the seaport, logistics, industrial, and related sectors.
- Maintain, manage, and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
- Receive customer enquiries and provide consultation and appropriate responses.
- Introduce products, services, and solutions that meet customers’ needs.
- Prepare quotations, contracts, offer letters, company profiles, bidding documents, and other relevant sales materials.
- Monitor order progress from the quotation stage through delivery, acceptance, and payment.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure service quality and fulfilment of commitments made to customers.
- Receive and handle customer feedback, complaints, and support requests.
- Accurately update customer information, business opportunities, quotations, and contracts in the Company’s CRM system.
- Prepare periodic work reports, sales reports, and customer reports as required by management.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the direct manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- College or university degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in industrial equipment, engines, spare parts, mechanical engineering, technical services, or port equipment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong sense of responsibility, proactive attitude, ability to work under pressure, and willingness to travel when required.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- Total income includes a base salary, allowances, sales incentives, and performance-based bonuses.
- Periodic salary reviews based on competency and work performance.
- Working schedule from Monday to Friday.
- 12 days of annual leave and public holidays in accordance with applicable laws.
- Full participation in Social Insurance, Health Insurance, and Unemployment Insurance schemes as required by law.
- A computer and other necessary working tools will be provided.
