Bac Au participated in the installation and commissioning of six GENMA Rubber-Tyred Gantry (RTG) cranes at the PPAP LM17 Terminal in Cambodia. The scope of work included mechanical erection, electrical system installation and connection, technical inspection, testing, commissioning, and equipment acceptance in accordance with the manufacturer’s standards.
With a team of engineers experienced in port equipment and crane systems, Bac Au worked closely with GENMA to complete the project on schedule while meeting all safety, quality, and operational performance requirements prior to handover to the customer.
Scope of Work
- Complete erection of six GENMA RTG cranes
- Installation and connection of electrical and control systems
- Inspection and alignment of mechanical components and equipment
- Commissioning and functional testing
- No-load and load testing
- Support for final acceptance and operational handover
